How to transfer a Ooredoo eSIM from one device to another?

Steps to transfer Ooredoo SIM/eSIM from an existing iPhone to a new on

  • Step 1 : Connect your new iPhone to Wi-Fi or a different mobile hotspot (not the one you are transferring). Place both iPhones near each other.
  • Step 2 : On your new iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan. Select 'Add eSIM' and choose 'Transfer from Nearby iPhone'. After that, confirm the transfer request on the existing iPhone.
  • Step 3 : Enter the verification code displayed on the new iPhone into the existing iPhone. After verification, install the eSIM profile by following the instructions on your new iPhone.

Note:
SMS service will be unavailable for up to 12 hours.

For iPad, you can follow the same steps by selecting ‘Other Options’ and then choosing ‘Transfer iPad Plan’.
