I recharged but I am getting charged without using my line, what shall I do?
The phone uses internet PAYG service to update phone Apps, please make sure you stop auto update from phone settings, and check PAYG service from My Ooredoo App. You can also buy daily/weekly/monthly packs at your convenience.
The validity of your line depends on the amount your recharge. It is not cumulative and the highest recharge will be considered as your new validity date.
