Nojoom (‘Stars’ in Arabic) Loyalty Program is Ooredoo’s Rewards Program that allows you to earn points based on your Ooredoo spending. You will benefit from an attractive range of rewards, services and experiences.

The Nojoom Deals is a points redemption marketplace, allowing Kuwait’s Nojoom members to redeem their points to unlock specific deals or offers from merchants.
Who can benefit from the Nojoom Deals?
Any Nojoom member in Kuwait can benefit from the Nojoom Deals offers.
How do I access Nojoom Deals?
You can visit the Nojoom Deals by selecting ‘Nojoom Program’ in the Nojoom section on My Ooredoo App or via the Ooredoo website www.ooredoo.com.kw/portal/en/nojoomrewards
You will need to log in to your Nojoom account to benefit from the offers.
What type of offers are available on Nojoom Deals?
There are a wide variety of offers, from percentage discounts, buy one get one free deals, freebies and upgrades from merchants.

How can I benefit from a merchant Deal?
Select the offer you like and click on ‘redeem’ to use your points and unlock the offer. You will receive an SMS on your primary number the deal voucher code. Visit the merchant website or application and enter the code at the check-out phase.
Can I Pay Cash to unlock a deal?
No, the offers can only be redeemed using Nojoom points
How Many points are needed to redeem a deal?
Each offer requires a different number of Nojoom points to be redeemed, starting from 330 Nojoom Points.
How long are the deals vouchers valid for?
Nojoom Deals vouchers are valid to use for 1 month from the date of receiving.
How many times can I use the deal voucher?
Vouchers can only be used once. Once a voucher has been used with a merchant, it will be removed from the system so reuse is not possible.
How many offer vouchers can I use in one transaction?
One voucher can be used per transaction with a merchant, which will be highlighted on the total bill.
Once a deal is redeemed can it be reversed?
No – once a deal is redeemed, your Nojoom points will be deducted from your balance and cannot be reapplied to your Nojoom account.
Once I redeem my points, where can I find my voucher?
Once a deal is redeemed with your Nojoom points, you will receive your voucher via SMS.
How can I locate a merchant to benefit from my deal?
Every offer on the Program contains the website and locations of the partner providing the offer.
Can I use the deal at any of the merchant’s locations?
Every offer is available at all of the merchant’s locations in Kuwait, unless specified otherwise in the terms & conditions of the specific offer.
Can I use the merchant deal any day of the week?
Every offer is available during the merchant’s opening hours, unless specified otherwise in the terms & conditions of the specific offer.
What happens if a deal is Sold-out?
The merchant offered a limited number of vouchers and you missed a great deal!
How can I contact the merchant?
Every offer on the Program contains the website and locations of the partner providing the offer, where you will find the relevant contact information.
Who can join the nojoom loyalty program?
The Program is open to all Ooredoo customers (except business plan customers) who are legal residents of Kuwait having a valid Civil ID.
How do I join the nojoom loyalty program?
Customers may enroll in the Program by providing their Civil ID / Passport via the below channels. You can also provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth. You will also need to create a password in order to create an account. The ID provided when registering to Nojoom should match the one used for your Ooredoo line.

How does the nojoom loyalty program work?
The Program has 4 main tiers – Red, Silver, Gold and Al-Nokhba. Upon your Nojoom enrollment, you will be allocated to one of the mentioned tiers based on your spending over the span of 6 months. You can earn points through spending on Ooredoo’s eligible services as well as by spending with Nojoom Earn Partners. As you advance to the next tier, the more you can earn points. These points can be converted into rewards, and redeemed.
What are the program tiers?
There are 4 main tiers – Red, Silver, Gold and Al-Nokhba. The higher your tier, the more privileges and benefits you can enjoy.
How do I earn points?
Postpaid: points are earned upon full amount payment of bill within due date (25 days of bill issuance)
Prepaid: points are earned through consumption of credit
Earning points depends on membership tier, for every KD 1 spent with Ooredoo:
Red members will earn 15 points
Silver members will earn 20 points
Gold members will earn 30 points
Al-Nokhba members will earn 60 points
Earn Partners: Earn Partners give specific number of Nojoom points for every KD 1 spent at their outlets.
How many numbers can I accrue points from?
You can link up to 10 numbers that are registered under your name and Civil ID with Nojoom. To manage the linked numbers to Nojoom, you can call Ooredoo customer care at 121 or do it yourself through MyOoredoo app/ / web portal.
What are the stars used for?
The stars allow you to upgrade to the next tier once you have collected the required number of stars for the next tier. The stars are also evaluated on your assessment date to either maintain your tier or downgrade.
How can I earn stars?
You will earn 1 star for every KD 10 spent with Ooredoo on telecom services (devices not included).
How does a nojoom member upgrade?
A Nojoom member will be upgraded automatically when the number of stars collected reaches the required amount for the next tier. Upon upgrade, your stars are reset to 0.
Once I upgrade to a new tier, how long will I stay in this tier?
Once you upgrade to a new tier, you will have 12 months (1 year) in this tier before the assessment date.
What happens on my assessment date?
If you have earned enough stars to meet the threshold of your current tier, (30 for Silver, 60 for Gold, 115 for Al-Nokhba) then you will maintain this tier. Otherwise, you will be downgraded.
How does tier downgrade work?
After 12 months of being in a tier, your assessment will determine your tier. If you did not collect enough stars to maintain your tier, you will be downgraded.
Do I lose my stars when I am assessed or upgraded?
Yes, stars are reset after assessment or upgrade, but you will not lose any points.
What happens if I only pay part of my bill?
Your Nojoom points and respectively, stars will only be accredited when the full amount is paid within 25 days of bill issuance. You will not gain any points nor stars for partial payment.
What happens if I pay more than my billed amount?
If you pay more than your billed amount, you will only receive points for the amount billed. No points or stars will be given for additional payments.
What kind of spending is not eligible for earning points?
Promotions, free packs will not earn you additional points.
What is the expiry duration of my points?
Points expire 2 years after they’ve been earned.
What are bonus points?
Occasionally, we may decide to run promotions. Should you choose to take advantage of these promotions, you will be issued bonus points.
Bonus points are the same as Nojoom points. They can be used for redeeming rewards. In some cases, bonus points may expire quicker than Nojoom points.
What is my nojoom primary number?
The primary number is used to redeem points, access membership and update your details.
You can change your primary number anytime by calling Ooredoo helpdesk, MyOoredoo app or Portal My account section.
What is the secondary number?
The secondary number is the one that is linked to your membership. It allows you to earn points to your Nojoom membership, but cannot be used for accessing detailed information or for redemption of points.

Can I redeem an Ooredoo service and transfer rewards to another line?
This Service is currently unavailable but once it is active, yes – you can select a number you wish to transfer an Ooredoo reward to. However, this number should be an Ooredoo number.
It is important that the number chosen is an Ooredoo service number and falls under the same type of service plan as the reward chosen (Postpaid/ Prepaid). If the above does not apply, you will receive an error notification.

By selecting a Partner and a voucher on Ooredoo’s website/ app.

How do I convert my points to partner loyalty miles?
Click on ‘Transfer to partner’ on Nojoom points transfer section and follow the steps. These miles transfer will take one-month time.
How do I donate to charity?
Go to the ‘Donation’ section on Nojoom section and follow the steps.
How do I transfer to a friend?
You can only transfer points to other fellow Nojoom members:

Why can’t I use my points?
To use your points, you must create a Nojoom account on the portal and fill out the mandatory fields.
How do I use my redeemed vouchers?
When you redeem a voucher, you will receive an SMS on your primary number containing the voucher code. Present the code at our partner’s cashier to benefit from the voucher.
How do I use my al oula voucher?
When you redeem AL OULA voucher, you will receive an SMS on your primary number containing the voucher code. Go to AL OULA website and recharge your AL OULA card to benefit from the value of the voucher.
How do I use my Al Shaya voucher?
You will receive the SMS on your primary number containing the voucher code. Present the code at Al Shaya fashion outlet’s cashier to benefit from the voucher.
Show the SMS at any Ooredoo store and get the paper voucher to be used at Al Shaya food outlets
How long are vouchers valid for?
Nojoom vouchers are valid for 6 months unless otherwise specified.
How many times can a voucher be used?
Vouchers can only be used once. Once a voucher is used with a partner, it will be terminated in the system, and reuse is not possible.
Once a reward is redeemed can it be reversed?
No – once a reward is redeemed, it is credited and the points cannot be reallocated to your Nojoom account.
How long is the membership valid for?
Nojoom membership will be terminated if the member did not accrue or redeem points for the last 9 months.
How do I get more points?

How can I get my KFH co-branded card?
You don’t need to have a KFH account. You can apply at KFH for the card by giving your Nojoom membership number. KFH points are credited 1 month after the spending.
How do I check my transaction history?
This service is currently unavailable but once it is active, you can check your history on Ooredoo’s portal under the membership section.
How is my account terminated?
When a membership is inactive for more than 9 months, it will be automatically terminated.
