Roaming service works by connecting to a partner network in the country or coverage area you are visiting. Your home network will work with the partner network to provide you with voice, text, and data services on your existing mobile number.

You can enable or disable Roaming service at the touch of a button on Ooredoo App at
any point of time. Alternatively, you can call or WhatsApp us and request for Roaming service activation/deactivation
Roaming services stay active until it is manually switched off through above mentioned platform. Also, please note that once Roaming services are disabled, you’ll not be able to use voice/data/SMS services while abroad.
No there is no charge for activating the roaming service. However, charges are applicable for using roaming service.

1. Connect to a WIFI network

4. You will need to enter your mobile number and proceed
5. An OTP will be received via SMS on your Ooredoo registered mobile number
6. Enter the OTP to complete the registration to the Ooredoo App

Yes, you can have two different Passport at the same time.
Only Passport Lite, Passport Mega, Passport Incoming calls has auto renewal feature and the pack will be auto renewed as long you are in outside Kuwait, or your phone is off at the time of renewal. However, you can disable auto renewal through SMS –(send “OFF” to 888) or disable thru Ooredoo App or Whats App https://wa.me/96566300121
If you want to enable auto renewal on any Passport, customer needs to send SMS (send “ON” to 888) or allow auto renewal from the My Ooredoo App.
