Does roaming Passport have auto renewal feature?
Only Passport Lite, Passport Mega, Passport Incoming calls has auto renewal feature and the pack will be auto renewed as long you are in outside Kuwait, or your phone is off at the time of renewal. However, you can disable auto renewal through SMS –(send “OFF” to 888) or disable through Ooredoo App
If you want to enable auto renewal on any Passport, customer needs to send SMS (send “ON” to 888) or allow auto renewal from the Ooredoo App.

If you’re unable to latch on to a network, restart your phone once you land. If the issue still persists, try to latch on to a network manually.

1- Ensure that your bill is paid
2- Confirm that the destination country is part of Ooredoo Passport footprint.
3- Make sure roaming service is enabled from Ooredoo App
4- Check the network signal strength.
5- Ensure the roaming data is enabled from mobile setting
6- Confirm that APN is selected and www.action.com is applied.
7- Disable 5G service if the roaming partner does not support the service.

Yes, you should be able to use your mobile device to make emergency calls while roaming, even if you do not have a network connection. Emergency services such as 911 or 112 are typically available on all networks.
